Mutations (X Gene)
These mutations are obtained via being exposed to the X-gene. After Crafting the X-Gene item, the user would need to right click it to be given a random Mutation power from the list below. The rate at which a power can be obtained is determined by it's tier in the Full Powers Tier List so lower tier Mutations are more common than the higher tier mutations.
